Licensing Overview
At the Offices of Rate Change Graph Technology, we believe in success and from our very special point of
view there are many predictions to research and spend a lifetime in development, with a willing mind of
course. That’s a guarantee that can be made. But that’s not success to everyone. Like all experiences,
RCGT needs to be incorporated into your profession, business or hobby, nurtured and allowed to grow. To
accomplish this RCGT created a license strategy to ensure seminar attendees are properly trained and
motivated. RCGT licensing and certification is structured to create a tiered recognition system. Licensing is
obtained after a professional completes training of all research topic seminars. A certification is given after
completion of each class room training seminar including successful completion of the smart lab series. There
are three different licenses that can be purchased based on the number of persons needed to be trained:

48,000 – 5025
$42,975 is the cost to purchase 5 professional licenses a savings of $5025.00
Jayco Industries has previously trained 2 scientist and received professional licenses. Now they are
requesting training of 5 more scientist. The cost is as followed:
(9600 * 7) - (( 8 * 1.008) * 1000)
67,200 -( 8.056 * 1000)
67,200 - 8, 056

Licensing Agreement
This is a summary of the documents binding features:
To obtain a certification or license, RCGT requires attendees and trainers to sign a disclosure agreement. The
disclosure agreements protect RCGT’s training business to include:
Prohibit training of individuals or groups without an RCGT trainer’s license.
Prohibit duplication of training materials to video, audio, computer or other media for distribution
May not transmit, documents or image of any RCGT training materials for distribution
RCGT lecture books are encrypted with codashield technology that identifies the owner.
Professionals are able to use RCGT training materials as reference. Proper references must be made in
proofs, publishing and etc where applicable.
RCGT is interested in creating a database of proofs, graphs, methodologies and procedures of completed
research done by other companies. Client data is deemed proprietary and is not used in publication.
